Vassilis Antoniades is a regional leader of the Financial Institutions practice in Eastern Mediterranean and Caspian, and a member of BCG’s Global CEO Advisory Council. He has had a key role in the development of the Athens office since joining BCG in 2003, serving also as Head of BCG’s Athens Office from 2010-18 and advises CEOs in financial services, energy, and various other sectors.
Vassilis was a government-appointed board member of Greece’s National Council for Research and Innovation (NCRI) and advises the Greek government on green transition and economic recovery. He also serves on the boards of the Bodossaki Philanthropic Foundation and the Benaki Museum.
Vassilis is also a founding member of ExcellenSeas, a Greek NGO granting scholarships for college to top high school graduates from remote Greek islands.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. magna cum laude in International Finance from Georgetown University.
