The Bodossaki Foundation’s Social Dynamo is announcing the launch of an international certification training programme in NGO Project Management, in collaboration with the international organisation PM4NGOs.

Through this new collaboration, Social Dynamo, the NGO Hub of the Bodossaki Foundation, is offering the internationally certified programme Project Management for NGOs (Project DPro) in the Greek language, with the aim of supplementing, modernising, or upgrading the existing knowledge, skills, and competencies of professionals in the NGO sector in Greece.

The ultimate goal is to promote proper management as well as the principles of transparency and accountability within Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), in order to maximise their effectiveness and social impact.

The first cycle of the certification programme is aimed at CSOs in Greece which engage project managers on a permanent basis.

The one-month certification programme will begin in November 2024 and conclude in December 2024, with four (4) full-day weekly training sessions conducted in-person at the Bodossaki Foundation offices in Athens. After successful completion of the programme, participants will be invited to take the certification exams to obtain the internationally recognised Project DPro certificate from PM4NGOs.

In collaboration with PM4NGOs, the Project Management for Development Professionals Guide Project DPro is offered in Greek, serving as the basis for Project DPro certification.

Applications to participate from interested organisations must be submitted by 17:00 on October 21, 2024, and participants will be informed about the start of the programme by November 1, 2024.
