The Art CHAIN project, recognizing the value of the cultural reservoir, artistic production, and the rich cultural heritage of our country, aims to establish conditions that will ensure equal access for disabled people to art and cultural goods, as outlined in Article 30 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Target groups:
The direct target group consists of people with disabilities as well as professionals from the cultural sector. The indirect target group includes the general public and representatives of relevant organizations.
