The project seeks to prevent and address gender-based violence in school settings through participatory and theatrical methods. It targets educators and students using the Forum Theatre approach to challenge gender stereotypes and promote equality. The project features workshops, interactive seminars, and theatrical interventions to empower participants and foster awareness. It also includes support for educators in implementing activities and culminates in awareness campaigns and community events to showcase the outcomes. The approach emphasizes experiential learning and collaboration among stakeholders.
Target Groups:
The target groups include educators and trainers, high school students, parents, theatrical organizations, and social/educational entities. The project focuses on equipping educators with the tools to address gender issues, engaging students in discussions and creative expression, and raising awareness among parents. By involving community and professional organizations, it fosters a network of support and shared responsibility in combating gender-based violence and promoting equality within educational settings.
