The project aims to train HR professionals to identify signs of gender-based violence, provide appropriate support to affected employees, and implement preventive practices. Key objectives include developing educational programs for HR staff, creating protocols for recognizing and preventing workplace violence, informing employees about their rights, and facilitating the integration of women who have experienced violence.
Target Groups:
The project’s target groups include HR professionals, women in managerial positions, and the general population. Specifically, it aims to train HR professionals to better address gender-based violence in the workplace. It also supports women in corporate settings by offering resources and education about their rights. Lastly, the general population benefits from the broader cultural shift towards equality and inclusion that the project promotes, ensuring a more supportive and respectful environment for all employees.
