The project aims to combat sexual harassment in workplaces across Greece, by upgrading digital tools, providing victims with free legal and psychosocial support. The project develops a comprehensive prevention guide, enriches educational content, and conducts workshops for legal professionals, labor inspectors, and law students. By fostering a safe environment and equipping professionals with skills to manage workplace harassment cases, S.T.A.R.T. seeks to enhance trust and solidarity in private and public sectors.
Target groups:
The project targets two main target-groups, victims of workplace sexual harassment, benefiting from free legal and psychosocial support, and legal professionals, including lawyers, labor inspectors, and law students. Victims will access an upgraded StopHarassment platform to safely report incidents, while legal professionals will gain knowledge to manage harassment cases effectively. Workshops aim to empower participants, fostering environments of trust and support.
