The project provides psychosocial support to children in institutional care as they prepare for independent or semi-independent living. It includes therapeutic sessions, skill-building activities, and community engagement programs. The initiative also involves awareness workshops for professionals and students, fostering broader understanding of challenges faced by children in care. By combining therapy, education, and social inclusion efforts, the project aims to empower young individuals and ensure smoother transitions from institutional care to independent living.

Target groups:

The target groups include adolescents (in Athens and in Crete) aged 12–18, professionals working with children in care (social workers, educators, and others), NGOs, social work students, and the general public. The project focuses on providing direct support to children in care while enhancing the skills of professionals and raising awareness among community members to foster a supportive environment for vulnerable youth.
