The project focuses on preventing and combating GBV in professional environments. Key activities include workshops for HR professionals and managers, specialized training for counselors and psychologists, and the establishment of three day centers in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Chalkida to provide confidential support to victims and witnesses of GBV in the workplace. The project also features awareness campaigns and events, aiming to promote social awareness, organizational change, and gender equality.

Target Groups:

The project targets three main groups, victims of GBV and witnesses in workplaces, HR professionals and managers from both large and small businesses without HR departments, and counselors and psychologists trained to support victims. It also aims to raise awareness among broader business communities, fostering cultural change and better access to resources for GBV prevention and support.
