The project focuses on the prevention and elimination of gender-based violence (GBV) against migrant women in Cyprus, addressing the challenges faced by migrants, such as cultural and language barriers, lack of awareness about their rights, and limited access to legal and social services. The project aims to empower these women by providing the necessary support and resources to overcome the challenges of gender-based violence. Through actions such as awareness campaigns, vocational training, legal assistance, and strengthening local support networks, the project aims to create a safer and more supportive environment for migrant women in Paphos, enhancing their ability to live free from violence and fully participate in society.

Target Groups:

The target audience of the project are Local community members with specific focus on migrant women, asylum seekers, and refugee women.
