Supporting the “Skills4Jobs” Programme

A new, dynamic initiative that aims to provide human resources with the knowledge and skills required by modern, organised and extroverted businesses and to connect young people in the country with the labour market, was designed and is currently implemented by SEV, starting with two pilot actions in collaboration with ReGeneration.

Bodossaki Foundation supports the Skills4Jobs programme as grand sponsor, in line with its key strategic priority to contribute to the modernisation of education in our country.

“Skills4Jobs for Electrical Automation Technicians” and “Skills4Jobs for Information Technology Technicians”, the two pilot actions, are addressed to young people who are recent technological and technical education graduates. In particular, the two pilot actions of the Skills4Jobs programme include the following:

  1. Development of technical skills for Electrical Automation Technicians by IBEPE-SEV (SEV’s Vocational Training Centre) and for Information Technology Technicians by the Training and Lifelong Learning Centre of the Athens University of Economics and Business (KEDIVIM/AUEB).
  2. Development of soft skills.
  3. Counselling & Mentoring.
  4. Employment for a minimum of six months with competitive salaries in SEV member enterprises in the wider region of Attica.
