This donation which will be implemented under the Programme to Fight Poverty and Social Exclusion will cover part of the operational expenses of “ILIAHTIDA LIFE” programme for the current year. “Iliahtida-Life – a Multipurpose Venue for Action and Change” comprises the new programme of “Keletron Love for Children” aimed at supporting families with children in Kastoria. The purpose of this program is to provide social support that enables the families concerned to remain socially active and able to maintain their dignity and autonomy.

“Keletron Love for Children” is a non-profit organization established in April 2014 by a group of active citizens in the regional unit of Kastoria for dealing with everyday problems of children at risk and in need. It aims at protecting children’s rights as well as keeping them safe on the physical, mental and emotional levels. As a voluntary organization it urges institutions and the state to be more effective in protecting and defending children’s rights.
