The project focuses on fostering zero-tolerance workplace environments regarding gender-based violence. It utilizes group coaching workshops to raise awareness, provide tools, and promote behavioral changes among employees, civil society organizations, and students in business and HR management. The project also trains coaches in specialized methodologies to ensure sustainable dissemination. Key activities include piloting workshops, creating flexible training frameworks for organizations, and holding dissemination events to share findings and methodologies.
Target Groups:
The target groups include professional and independent coaches, employees from companies and civil society organizations, students in business and HR departments, gender equality experts, academics, and journalists. The project seeks to equip these groups with the knowledge and tools necessary to recognize and combat gender-based violence in professional settings. By fostering collaboration and providing practical methodologies, the project encourages the creation of safer and more inclusive workplace environments.
