The project aims to address gaps in monitoring, implementation, and effectiveness of policies combating violence against women. It will establish an observatory to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency of such policies in selected regions. Activities include archiving national, European, and international policies, developing a monitoring framework, and creating a database of local stakeholders. Findings will be summarized in reports with recommendations for authorities, ensuring comprehensive support and protection for women affected by gender-based violence.

Target Groups:

The project targets women affected by gender-based violence, policymakers, NGOs, community organizations, researchers, public services, and international monitoring bodies. It aims to benefit women directly by strengthening policies, engaging policymakers to improve implementation, and mobilizing NGOs and community organizations to provide support. Researchers and public services will gain tools to evaluate and enhance their effectiveness, contributing to the development of robust frameworks for preventing violence against women.
